I’ve always loved Whoppers and everything malted milk flavored! There’s something about the unique flavor and melt-in-your-mouth texture of Whoppers candies that gets me every time. For these cookies, I wanted to make sure that the malted milk is very noticeable. I used a simple cookie base with a chewy texture and added crushed Robin Eggs Mini candies directly into the dough. Since the candy coating of the Robin Eggs candies tends to melt and spread in the oven, I reserved a portion of them and placed them directly on the tops of the cookies when they are hot out of the oven. The results: a delicious, chewy cookie with unmistakable malted milk flavor and a delightful crunch of Whoppers Robin Eggs! I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
