Baking in a mini skillet creates those crispy edges while keeping the center warm and gooey. Top with vanilla ice cream and you’ve got the tastiest treat! Enjoy!
Salted Caramel Chocolate Chunk Mini Skillet Cookie

A decadent skillet cookie with crispy edges and a warm, gooey center!
Ingredients
2 Tbsp
melted butter
3 Tbsp
brown sugar
1 egg yolk
1/4 tsp
vanilla
1/4 cup
flour
1/8 tsp
baking soda
1/3 cup
chocolate chunks (more or less by preference)
2 Tbsp
caramel bits (more or less by preference)
flaky salt for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a medium bowl, combine the butter and brown sugar.
Then, stir in the egg yolk and vanilla.
Pour in the flour and baking soda. Use a fork to lightly combine the flour and baking soda and then mix into the wet mixture.
Add the chocolate chunks and caramel bits, then stir to combine.
Coat a mini skillet with a small amount of butter and then press the cookie dough into it.
Bake for about 13 mins or until the edges begin to slightly brown up.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with flaky salt. Let cool slightly and then top with vanilla ice cream.
